It's possible that the mixes on the Canadian album originate entirely from the Nashville mixing sessions. If so, then it would seem that the album's track sequence was decided before the Los Angeles remixing began.  On the other hand, it may be that some songs were remixed in Los Angeles before the first generation of LP side masters was assembled - so there could be some original Nashville mixes that we've never heard at all.
