As with the earlier conventional CD pressings of Brauer's mix under the US catalogue number CGK 841 (see earlier note), this 2004 repackaging had a relatively low volume level.  In the UK and Europe, the 2004 'remastered' edition had the much higher volume of the hybrid SACD's CD layer.
