Listen to the outtakes from these sessions on The Bootleg Series Vols.1-3; these tracks, mixed by Mark Wilder and Tim Geelan without undue reverence towards 1960s stereo sound, have the drums placed centrally.  "Sitting On A Barbed Wire Fence" in particular sounds just great this way.
